Meditation Yoga : Drop-in Yoga Class
Meditation Toronto has been teaching meditation through yoga in the GTA for over 15 years. Meditation Toronto will offer free simple and basic yoga classes here in our community at the Richmond Hill Central Library. Meditation Toronto is run by volunteer meditation teachers committed to helping the community to cope with the stress and anxiety interwoven in today’s daily life. As some people are chemically sensitive we ask that you refrain from wearing any fragrances. Thank you for helping to make our classes scent free zones.
