Getting Started in Genealogy
Find out how to start using the known bits and pieces of family information to learn more about the history and makeup of your family through official records and the Internet. Join Ruth Burkholder for a discussion on how to start using the known bits and pieces of family information to learn more about the history and makeup of your family through the use of official records and the Internet.

Included will be suggestions for recording your findings in a way that others will want to read about your family. This is one of a series of four genealogy programs offered by the Library this winter. This program will run between 40 minutes and 1 hour and will include time for questions.

A full refund will be issued if the Library cancels a program. A refund less a 20% administrative fee will be issued if the customer makes a refund request accompanied by the original receipt at least 72 hours before the program starts. No refunds will be given after the program has started. If program fees are less than $5.00 no refund will be issued.
