Meditation Yoga at OAK RIDGES
Meditation Toronto has been teaching meditation through yoga in the GTA for over 15 years. Please join our drop in class at the Oak Ridges Library. Meditation Toronto will offer free and basic yoga classes at Oak Ridges Public Library. A volunteer from Meditation Toronto will demonstrate ways to cope with the stress and anxiety for everyday life.
