Newcomers
The Library Settlement Partnerships (LSP) program for newcomers is available in Richmond Hill Public Library.
Funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, LSP is a partnership program between Richmond Hill Public Library and Catholic Community Services of York Region.
LSP offers a unique and innovative Newcomer Information Service, including one-on-one settlement information and referral, group information sessions, and community outreach.
